Delete your account & data
You can delete your Leeto account at any time — in the app via Profile → Account → Delete
account, or by submitting this form. We're sorry to see you go.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, phone, email), saved places, pickup descriptions, landmarks and photos.
- Your device identifiers and app preferences.
What we must keep (and for how long)
- Trip and payment records required by law (accounting, tax, dispute and safety obligations) are
retained for the legally required period, then deleted. They are no longer linked to an active account.
Deletion is permanent. Processing completes within 30 days; you'll get a confirmation by SMS/email.
